Paid Guest Pass

Paid Guest Pass – Order ONE per person Member's guests are allowed two visits per pool season before a $5 per person fee applies. A guest pass grants one non-member access to the pool for a single day with the sponsoring pool member. Guests must leave when the member departs. Members may bring up to four guests per day, and the honor system is expected for all club members. Guest Guidelines: Age Requirement: Guests under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Proof of age may be required. Sign-In Required: All guests MUST sign in upon arrival for liability and insurance purposes. Failure to do so will result in dismissal for the day and possible suspension of guest privileges. Larger Groups & Parties: Groups of more than four (4) guests are considered a party and require advance approval. A Member's Party Form must be submitted to avoid overcrowding. Pool party requests must be sent to waxhawpool@gmail.com at least four weeks in advance. Babysitters/Nannies: Authorized caregivers should be noted via email in advance. They are exempt from guest fees only when actively working; otherwise, they must follow guest rules and sign in. Board Approval for Exceptions: Requests for exceptions must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance for review. By purchasing this pass, members agree to abide by Waxhaw Marvin Pool & Tennis Rules & Regulations and ensure their guests do the same. Failure to comply may result in the loss of guest privileges.
